Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. 

Refunds / Returns
• Due to the nature of our luxury goods (especially perfumes), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
